Kinsey Youngquist, EAMP, LAc

Kinsey graduated from Western Washington University in 2006 where she obtained her B.S. in Exercise Physiology.

Her passion for learning about health and the human body led her to back to school for Massage Therapy in 2009, and Acupuncture/East Asian Medicine in 2013.

When helping patients, she focuses on areas affected by overuse, repetitive strain injuries, everyday aches and pains, anxiety, depression, and the many symptoms associated with stress.

She utilizes a combination of both Western and Eastern modalities that include: acupuncture, point injection therapy, facial rejuvenation treatments, cupping, TMJ treatment, trigger point release, manual therapy, stretching (yoga), herbs, electro-acupuncture, gua-sha, and much more.

For the past 10 years, she has been teaching yoga throughout Skagit County and has recently teamed up with a fellow yoga teacher to start an Acu-Yoga class which encompasses both restorative yoga and auricular (ear) acupuncture. She holds a 200-RYT certification and is currently pursuing her 500 hour RYT (yoga teacher certification).

In her spare time, you can find her outdoors running, hiking, snowshoeing, and paddle boarding.
